Reservation Policy

At our office, we strive to offer you an exceptional experience. In order to do so, we reserve all of our appointment hours exclusively for each of our patients. It is important that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment in order to allow us to give everyone the undivided attention and time they deserve.

After you book time in our schedule, that appointment is considered confirmed. Since we recognize that life can be unpredictable, if your scheduled appointment time is no longer convenient for you, we respectfully request that you notify us as soon as possible (at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment) so that we can offer the reservation to another patient in need of treatment. Due to our doctors and hygienists being booked up weeks in advance, we do not recommend missing your appointment. The process of scheduling you again will take time, and your oral health may deteriorate after the initial appointment was canceled.

If you cancel or skip appointments regularly, you may be required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit in order to make additional appointments. You may also be placed on a “cancellations only” list or be terminated as a patient.
